Our Role
Ramstein Airport Transfer is a booking platform. We do not provide transport services ourselves. We arrange transfer and chauffeur services with licensed partner companies, which carry out those services in their own name and on their own account. The transport contract is concluded between the customer and the company performing the journey. Responsibility for carrying out the journey, for the vehicles used and for the drivers lies with the respective partner company.

We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
